Appointment Booking Procedures

Question:  How can I view my upcoming Accessibility Services appointments?

Answer: You can access a list of your future appointments by clicking the "Calendar" button on your ClockWork homepage.  If you have recently booked an appointment using our online booking forms, the appointment may not show in this list so please refer to your confirmation email.

Question: How can I schedule an appointment with an Accessibility Advisor?

Answer: You can book an appointment online using our online booking form.  You may also call our office at 780-539-2017 for assistance with booking an appointment. 

Question: How can I cancel an appointment?

Answer: If you booked your appointment using the online booking form, you will have received a cancellation link in the confirmation email to use.  If your appointment is listed in your Calendar in ClockWork, you may have a button providing an option to cancel the appointment yourself.  Otherwise, please contact our office directly.  Accessibility Services appreciates when notification is provided that you cannot make your appointment as it allows us to be available to other students at that time.

Question: What can I do if I have a question or concern?

Answer: If your question or concern is urgent in nature, we recommend calling our office directly at 780-539-2017.  Otherwise please email your Accessibility Advisor or our department inbox at as@nwpolytech.ca.
